ABOUT THUNDERDOME
It all started when a couple of friends with a curious mind discovered a new thing called house music. They organized a New Year's Eve party in a small village near Amsterdam for a few hundred people and quickly realized they had tapped into something special. That initial curiosity ignited a movement, leading to the legendary The Final Exam on June 20, 1992, at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. What began as an experiment went on to become a global phenomenon. The birth of a movement that refuses to play by the rules.
The 90s saw us take the world by storm. Our journey seemed complete in 2012, but our 2017 resurrection proved that some legacies are forever. From record-breaking ticket sales to our landmark 30-year anniversary, the following of the wizard has only grown bigger and stronger.
